 Jakey started wearing his Halloween shirts on Friday, and he looks so adorable in them if I do say so myself! :)

he loves his new kitchen!

We bought Jakey a play kitchen for his birthday and we put it together over the weekend and gave it to him early. He loves it and so do I! It's so much fun! Every morning he dumps out his huge "grocery bag" of play food and we "cook" together in his kitchen.

And last but not least, my garage sale finds from Saturday....all Halloween related and all at the same sale. A talking skeleton groom (to match the bride I already have from another garage sale!!), 2 bags of creepy cloth, a spider, a rat and (not pictured) several Halloween serving spoons/salad tongs. All for $18. Which is a great deal considering the skeleton alone would have gone for at least double if not triple that price at a Halloween store.

Tomorrow is Jake's 2nd birthday!!!!!! Joe took the day off and we are headed to Travel Town to check out the "choo choo trains"! And we are looking forward to his monkey themed birthday party on Saturday! Lots of birthday photos to come...
