Our little man turned 18 months old today. Tomorrow he will be closer to age 2 than he is to age 1. And I am finally ok with that. I don't know how these last 6 months went by so fast, but I am excited to officially start planning his 2nd birthday party! Unofficially, I've had his 2nd birthday theme picked out since a few days after his 1st birthday! I love planning parties :)
It is really hard to take photos of a little boy who is constantly on the move, but my best efforts are shown above. He was very busy playing with his favorite toys - trains, cars & trucks! He is such a BOY.
Jake has his 18 month check up next week, and I'm too tired to write a ton tonight, so I'll update with more info then. Tomorrow is Jake's first trip to the dentist, so I'm crossing my fingers that he does ok there. Wish us luck!

Good luck at the dentist tomorrow! I didn't know you even take babies this young to the dentist...although I have been wondering when you start.
ReplyDeleteI didn't know either. I called recently and they recommend a "peek-a-boo" appt. at around 1 year where they take a look just to make sure everything looks ok. That's what we are doing today. The first actual cleaning is supposed to be between 2 and 3 years old.
